It was slightly too sweet and I found that when I ate it, the frosting and the marshmallows came away from the actual brownie. Also, the frosting didn’t go hard.

They are so chocolatey and perfect. Don’t listen to those “too sweet” people:) And very easy to make. I simply can’t eat plain brownies after these.

Next time i will half the sugar in the brownie and without the frosting.

I watched closely to make sure I didn’t overcool it, yet it was thick and ended up mixing with the marshmallows when I tried to spread it. Will try something like this again, with my tried and tested frosting recipe. Good idea, though.
