Easy to make. Had my 4 year old granddaughter help me make it for my wife(grandma) and we had lots of fun.Music,Dancing and making Momo’s favorite pie is a great way to spend the Tuesday before Thanksgiving.I made ahead like suggested but couldn’t find where it said how to preserve and reheat. I’m sure it was there and I just missed it. I’m still not good with this computer and phone stuff. But this was easy enough for me to follow and make and I’d like to say thank you very much. I wish everyone out there a Happy Thanksgiving and upcoming Christmas.

I honestly love pecan pie, and this pie was absolutely my favorite recipe yet!

I followed this recipe to a T. Everything was measured exact. The ingredients were mixed together but not heavily beat.

I baked it at 350f for the alloted time.

The result was a filling that wasnt fully set (too liquidy) and a top that was a tough rubbery sticky glaze, not at all like youd expect from a pecan pie.

What went wrong? Eggs too cold? Butter too warm? Too much mixing? Needed to add something?
