My dough does not look like yours – it’s very powdery and doesn’t look like it needs refrigeration. Any thoughts? I used a stick + 2 T butter and the 2 eggs but man it is so dry.

The only comment I’d like to make is that the directions for cooking the butter seem inaccurate. I made these twice and both times, it took more like 5-7 mins. for the butter to foam and change color.
